Shifts: Day, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning, 08:00 to 17:00

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Installation and alignment of engines and machinery

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working in noisy environments, accustomed to dusty conditions, and tolerant of odors
• The candidates should be willing to work outdoors, capable of working at heights, and able to work in hot conditions
• The candidates should demonstrate manual dexterity, possess attention to detail, and exhibit effective hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors, be capable of handling heavy loads, and be able to work under pressure
• The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as be able to stand for extended periods

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to inspect and test engines, diagnose and isolate faults, and adjust, repair, or replace mechanical or electrical system parts
• The candidates should perform scheduled maintenance and service on equipment, advise customers on work performed, and possess the skills to repair and rebuild hoisting mechanisms and other mechanical systems on industrial trucks and forklifts
• The candidates should review work orders, discuss work with a supervisor, test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance, and maintain maintenance reports and documentation
