Szechuan Cuisine is a culinary gem renowned for its authentic and flavorful Chinese dishes. Specializing in Szechuan-style cuisine, the restaurant offers a diverse menu that showcases bold and spicy flavors. Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Cuisine specialties: Szechuan
Credentials: Cook Trade Certification, Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC), and Food Safety Certificate

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods during their work

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory and supervise the activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks
  • The candidates should be able to create new recipes and prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
  • The candidates should be able to supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, prepare and cook meals or specialty foods, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
