Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, efficiently handling tasks in challenging situations
  • The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and delivering results within specified time frames, prepared for repetitive tasks that are inherent to the job, and exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in their tasks and responsibilities

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and train other workers
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic inquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel and related itineraries, make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, coordinate the flow of information, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
