Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events efficiently, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences accurately, capturing key discussions and action items
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, optimizing workflow and productivity, and schedule and confirm appointments promptly, managing calendars effectively
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages professionally and promptly, and answer electronic inquiries promptly and accurately, providing relevant information or directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- The candidates should be able to oversee the development of communication strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and target audiences, and order office supplies and maintain inventory levels appropriately, ensuring availability of necessary materials for office operations
- The candidates should be able to greet people courteously and direct them to contacts or service areas as needed, maintaining a welcoming environment, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials promptly, ensuring timely dissemination of information
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately, ensuring correctness and clarity
