Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Student status: Full time enrollment
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Immunization records, and Vulnerable sector check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing to perform repetitive tasks and able to handle physically demanding duties
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as required

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children, and engage in storytelling activities
- The candidates should be able to assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children, and lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest
- The candidates should be able to assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records, encourage children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity, and engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
- The candidates should be able to guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits, prepare snacks, and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
- The candidates should be able to observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors, establish guidelines for behavior, and assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress or problems with parents and other staff members
- The candidates should be able to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers and community service providers working with children, plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children, and plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hour
