Salary: $29.50 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Edmonton, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., establish and implement policies and procedures, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, respond to employee questions and complaints, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, provide customer service, and maintain and manage digital databases
