Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should have attention to detail and be comfortable with repetitive tasks

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to train, direct, and motivate staff, while also supervising other workers
  • The candidates should be able to assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs, determining and establishing office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to record, prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to schedule, confirm appointments, answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open, distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, and co-ordinate the flow of information
