Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess excellent written communication skills and be organized to ensure accuracy and reliability in their work, maintaining a strong client focus

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences accurately, capturing key discussions and decisions, while also determining and establishing office procedures and routines efficiently to ensure smooth operations
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments promptly, manage calendars, and coordinate schedules effectively, as well as answer telephones and relay messages professionally and promptly, maintaining clear communication
  • The candidates should be able to handle electronic inquiries promptly and accurately, compile data and statistics systematically to support decision-making processes, and order office supplies accurately to ensure availability for operational needs, while also managing incoming mail efficiently and maintaining filing systems accurately
