Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of four year of previous experience related to research, information systems and computer systems

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection and statistical analysis
  • The candidates should have knowledge of institutional research and planning policies, procedures, and processes
  • The candidates should demonstrate knowledge of information systems, programming and logic, and database practices and processes
  • The candidates should be familiar with university-sector surveys and research and reporting initiatives
  • The candidates should have knowledge of relevant governing legislation
  • The candidates should demonstrate knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments and divisions
  • The candidates should have proficiency in office productivity software and databases, internet browsers and search engines, discipline-specific software, enterprise software and technology devices

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate, administer and analyze surveys
  • The candidates should be able to provide research, data, statistics and analysis to support policy development, program development, planning and continuous improvement
