Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks efficiently
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations effectively to ensure efficiency and productivity, determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures accordingly
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews for staff members, monitor revenues regularly to optimize profitability, and adjust procedures and prices as necessary to meet financial goals
- The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules, address customers’ complaints promptly and professionally, and recruit, train, and supervise staff effectively to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
