Work setting: Retail business and Vape shop
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate a cash register, process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, and scan items
- The candidates should be able to tabulate the total payment for goods or services required, receive payment for goods or services, and calculate daily/shift payments received, reconciling with total sales
- The candidates should be able to engage in suggestive selling, stock shelves, and clean the counter area, contributing to a well-organized and appealing retail space
- The candidates should be able to greet customers, wrap or place merchandise in bags, and provide customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- The candidates should be able to monitor all entrances and exits, request proof of payment when necessary, maintain an inventory of supplies, and keep a clean and safe work environment
