Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have Mutual Funds accreditation, such as Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course

  • The candidate should be able to contribute their expertise to creating meaningful and memorable client experiences, whether teaching a client how to use digital banking, onboarding a new client in an office, or referring a complex opportunity to a specialist
  • The candidate should be able to drive client satisfaction and loyalty
  • The candidate should be able to proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and in the community, uncovering banking needs, providing help and advice, as well as identifying sales and referral opportunities
  • The candidate should be able to focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business
  • The candidate should be able to respond to client-initiated contact, assisting them with a full range of financial transactions
  • The candidate should be able to listen and engage clients in conversation to further understand their individual needs
