Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess Mutual Funds accreditation, such as Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course
  • The candidates should demonstrate a passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
  • The candidates should have problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
  • The candidates should demonstrate digital literacy across a broad range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
  • The candidates should have availability to work all open business hours
  • The candidates should have a track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry

  • The candidates should be able to help clients with their everyday banking, credit, and investment needs
  • The candidates should be able to act as an RBC ambassador, adding value in the moments that matter most to clients

  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate to clients how to use digital banking, onboard new clients, or refer complex opportunities to specialists
  • The candidates should be able to contribute their expertise to creating meaningful and memorable client experiences
  • The candidates should be able to drive client satisfaction and loyalty through their actions and interactions
  • The candidates should be able to proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and in the community, uncovering banking needs, providing help and advice, as well as identifying sales and referral opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business
  • The candidates should be able to respond to client-initiated contact, assisting them with a full range of financial transactions
