Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Computer science, and Computer software engineering
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Jira, C, C++, and Java
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable sitting for extended periods as necessary
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidates should show initiative in problem-solving, taking on new challenges, and demonstrating resourcefulness in finding solutions to problems.
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to clients
- The candidates should be able to provide ongoing support to clients after sales through consultations
- The candidates should be able to engage in project management tasks to ensure successful implementation and completion
