Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain cleanliness and safety
- The candidates should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse efficiently
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and presentable environment
- The candidates should be able to advertise vacancies using appropriate channels and methods
- The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment as needed
- The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure their proper functioning
- The candidates should be able to show apartments and offices to prospective tenants, providing information and answering inquiries
- The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures thoroughly to maintain hygiene standards
