Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a completed 2 year diploma in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Planning, or a related diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least 5 years of related experience in quality assurance, business process improvement, business re-engineering

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a degree in Computer Science Software Engineering, Business Administration, Planning, or a related degree plus at least 3 years of related experience in quality assurance, business process improvement, or business re-engineering
  • The candidates should have completion of a Certified Business Analysis (CBAP) certification, or an industry-recognized certification in Business Analysis, or knowledge in Six Sigma
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to provide business analysis services including business process management, current state analysis, and solution recommendations across multiple projects in an agile environment
  • The candidates should possess exceptional communication skills with a focus on understanding multiple parties’ requirements, with the ability to negotiate common goals and outcomes. Additionally, they should be a big picture analytical thinker with the ability to demonstrate how improvement will impact upstream or downstream processes

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide data-driven expertise to optimize process and workflow systems in key service areas within Planning and Development Services (PDS)
  • The candidates should be able to perform cross-functional analysis of business objectives, policies, current processes, business information, and systems capabilities to ensure continuous improvement of operations
  • The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service and support for all sections within the business unit and other experts within the organization to facilitate informed decision-making about investments in process, information, and technology
  • The candidates should be able to determine, define, and document end-user requirements and business specifications in the form of agile stories and features with the required acceptance criteria
  • The candidates should be able to investigate non-functional requirements by analyzing system architecture, reporting needs, and data quality
  • The candidates should be able to anticipate, investigate, and identify business operations improvement opportunities and make solution recommendations with statistical information to product owners and/or management teams
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with agile delivery teams and business users to ensure that designed solutions meet business needs, validating the solution into production, and monitoring results post-release
  • The candidates should be able to develop and maintain PDS business process and data documentation in an agile environment
  • The candidates should be able to actively monitor new policies or regulations impacting PDS services and should be able to build trusting relationships with interested parties
