Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should be DEC in industrial mechanics or equivalence
Experience: Candidates should have experience as an industrial mechanic in an industrial environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate professionalism with a focus on rigor and attention to detail
- The candidates should have experience in welding on stainless steel
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to carry out repair and preventive maintenance work on production equipment and able to actively participate in various continuous improvement, occupational health and safety, and equipment modification projects
- The candidates should be able to work collaboratively with the members of the maintenance team, which is composed of 10 people (electrotechnicians, mechanics, electromechanics, stationary machine mechanics)
- The candidates should be able to conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance of factory equipment based on instructions, work orders, and established processes and able to diagnose problems to identify the source and actively participate in root cause analyses, recommending effective corrective methods
- The candidates should be able to select the parts required for equipment repair or maintenance and able to rigorously apply good health and safety practices implemented at the factory
- The candidates should be able to propose and carry out modifications to upgrade various equipment and machinery and able to maintain the history of breakdowns following the execution of work and keep technical and prevention files up to date
- The candidates should be able to ensure the execution and deadline of work according to established priorities, equipment availability, and required materials and able to examine and apply safe work standards, methods, and practices with a focus on continuous improvement
- The candidates should be able to contribute to the plant’s continuous improvement initiatives by participating in meetings and supporting production
- The candidates should be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
