Salary: $20.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Transportation information: Valid driver’s license, Own transportation

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to answer inquiries and provide information to customers, explain the type and cost of services offered, and sell merchandise
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services, arrange for refunds and credits, and issue receipts and other forms
  • The candidates should be able to receive and log complaints, receive payments, answer clients’ inquiries, and provide information
  • The candidates should be able to explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
