Shifts: Day, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, and maintain reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases
  • The candidates should sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and send and receive messages
  • The candidates should perform basic bookkeeping tasks, prepare invoices and bank deposits, and provide general information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and file material in the storage area
  • The candidates should label files according to retention and disposal schedules, retrieve documents, and organize and schedule office work
  • The candidates should store, update, and retrieve financial data, and provide customer service
