Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed a degree in Business or a related social sciences field
Experience: Candidates should have client service experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to effectively exchange information and possess the ability to lead others
  • The candidates should have the ability to think critically and manage time and tasks effectively
  • The candidates should have the ability to conduct service delivery improvement initiatives using principles of project management and change management
  • The candidates should acknowledge the requirement for occasional day travel and acknowledge the requirement for occasional overnight travel
  • The candidates should acknowledge the requirements for access to private transportation

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience in managing resources, including human resources, financial, and information management
  • The candidates should have experience in service delivery improvement, project management, and change management
  • The candidates should have experience interpreting policies and procedures and knowledge of client service delivery best practices and knowledge of employment programs
  • The candidates should have knowledge of human resources, financial, and information management practices and policies
  • The candidates should be skilled in relationship building, demonstrate initiative and provide a recent and satisfactory Certificate of Conduct from the local police

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to implement, manage, and evaluate the frontline delivery of employment and training programs and services, reporting to the Regional Manager
  • The candidates should be able to provide management and support to staff, including developing skills, setting expectations, managing performance, and resolving employee relations matters
  • The candidates should be able to lead the vision of client-focused service and continuous improvement, fostering a team-focused approach to service delivery and problem solving
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with other service providers and build relationships with community partners and approve financial contracts and various expense claims
  • The candidates should be able to evaluate business processes and implement changes and perform audit compliance monitoring activities
  • The candidates should be able to work with departmental colleagues to coordinate and integrate program areas and perform other related duties
