Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have previous banking experience as a strong asset

  • The candidates should be able to oversee our high-performing Retail Service teams as Customer Experience Leads
  • The candidates should be able to prioritize putting customers first and helping them achieve their financial goals at Scotiabank
  • The candidates should be able to lead and support our Customer Experience Associates while championing Scotiabank’s core values and culture
  • The candidates should be able to lead and manage a team of Customer Experience Associates and Senior Customer Experience Associates
  • The candidates should be able to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • The candidates should be able to act as the Officer in Charge (OIC) for the branch as required, managing any emergencies, customer escalations, etc.
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to the overall success of the branch by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • The candidates should be able to act as a change management lead by assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures
