- The candidates should be able to lead and support Customer Experience Associates, fostering an environment where Scotiabank’s core values and culture are championed and upheld
- The candidates should be enthusiastic and driven, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The candidates should be able to effectively communicate Scotiabank’s core values and culture to team members, inspiring them to embody these principles in their interactions with customers
