Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a High School or equivalent diploma
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience in Customer Service

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • The candidates should have experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • The candidates should be familiar with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
  • The candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • The candidates should demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
  • The candidates should have experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
