Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have minimum of College Degree/Certificate; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience: Candidates should have 1+ years of experience executing holistic paid digital media campaigns in social media platforms

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have experience leveraging data to provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance
  • The candidate should have 2+ years of experience executing holistic paid digital media campaigns on social media platforms, with a preference for candidates with Facebook Blueprint Certification
  • The candidate should demonstrate deep expertise in paid social media to drive both brand and ecommerce goals, including experience with online to offline and app acquisition campaigns
  • The candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Office is a required skill for the candidate
  • The candidate should have a strong analytics background, demonstrating the ability to triangulate between data, brand goals, and opportunities to make recommendations and optimize plans
  • The candidate should have an understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics is expected from the candidate

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to be responsible for social tactical plan creation, including audience creation, campaign set up, execution, tagging/trafficking creative assets, and reporting across social media channels
  • They should be able to monitor campaign pacing and performance in line with Brand goals and objectives, making ongoing campaign optimization recommendations and measuring the impact of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • The candidate should be able to present campaign recaps and insights to strategic planners and brand teams
  • They should work closely with Digital Media and Marketing Technology supplier teams, acting as the tactical social media subject matter expert to ensure the technical capabilities needed to enable and optimize media plans are implemented
  • The candidate should serve as a subject matter expert across a range of Paid Social channels, managing the day-to-day and partnering with our creative and PR agency counterparts to execute strategies/programs that unlock growth
  • They should partner to develop digital media journeys, on-ramps, and audience strategies to deliver highly targeted, premium, and relevant media programs
  • The candidate should collaborate with the broader media team to build capability and/or make strategic shift recommendations within platforms
  • They should lead learning agendas across several brands, inclusive of measuring, optimizing, and disseminating findings to the broader organization
  • The candidate should work successfully across in-house teams and key media and creative agency teams for full integration of media and communications plans
