Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: Candidates should have minimum 6 years of related software development experience designing, developing, implementing and supporting business applications

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate an in-depth understanding of software architecture and design principles and exhibit expertise in server-side development and APIs
  • The candidates should have advanced proficiency in the C# programming language with a strong understanding of C# features, frameworks, and best practices and extensive experience with the .NET Framework and .NET Core
  • The candidates should demonstrate expertise in developing web applications using ASP.NET MVC and Web API with in-depth knowledge of RESTful API design principles
  • The candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical issues
  • The candidates should show flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and requirements in a dynamic IT environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have expertise in web-based client-server technologies, including in-depth knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, .NET Framework/Core, WCF, WEB API (and RESTful APIs), Entity Framework, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Typescript
  • The candidates should possess expertise in multiple programming languages such as C#, C, Java, Python and advanced knowledge of software development frameworks and tools
  • The candidates should have experience with Building Automation Systems, Open Industrial Protocols, Energy Management Systems, Content Management Systems (i.e., WordPress), graphics & Java servlet technology, IIS, and Visual Studio
  • The candidates should have deep knowledge of MS SQL Server (or other relational DB) and a demonstrated ability to craft robust database structures and design and Software Architecture, such as Model View component programming, and front end talking with back end for data via APIs
  • The candidates should be experienced with the Web application development cycle and be fluent in analysis/design techniques using a database back end and multiple browser platforms and translating functional needs and designs into code
  • The candidates should have experience with front-end technologies/frameworks/libraries such as Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Typescript
  • The candidates should possess strong skills in designing and optimizing database schemas with deep knowledge of MS SQL Server and Entity Framework for data access and database integration
  • The candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
  • The candidates should be effective communicators and meticulous in their work
  • The candidates should be motivated self-learners and organized
  • The candidates should be problem solvers and resourceful and be self-confident and effective team players

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop and maintain standards and styles for visual and interface design of digital platforms and analyse and write program scripts to extract, reformat, and analyse data
  • The candidates should be able to design and implement new operating systems and subsystems server software and able to keep well-informed on policies, procedures, regulations, and new technology
  • The candidates should be able to conduct needs assessments to determine end-user technical requirements
  • The candidates should be able to advise on the cost, feasibility, and impact of different implementation solutions
  • The candidates should be able to serve as a technical resource on hardware and software related issues
