Shifts: Weekend, Overtime, Morning

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye co-ordination, and be able to distinguish between colours
- The candidates should be able to handle large workload
- The candidates should be able to work in outdoors, dusty area, odours, hot area, and fruit and vegetable combination farming
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized, flexible, judgmental, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to do cleaning crop, hand harvesting vegetables, plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to do weeding, harvest crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, examine produce for quality and prepare for market
- The candidates should be able to set and monitor water lines, air flow and temperature in barns, pens and chicken coops
- The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties
- The candidates should be able to ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
