Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Post-secondary courses work in Accounting, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable financial experience such as working with accounts payable, receivable, and performing account reconciliations

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience with providing financial advice to managers and/or program areas
  • The candidates should possess experience with computerized financial systems such as Sage Accounting, and QuickBooks
  • The candidates should have experience supervising staff, modeling interpersonal skills, and demonstrating personal responsibility
  • The candidates should demonstrate skills in influencing others and exhibit the ability to think strategically
  • The candidates should demonstrate a commitment to taking personal responsibility and demonstrate client focus
  • The candidates should be proactive in taking action and achieving results

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to be a responsible individual who demonstrates professionalism and accountability
  • The candidates should be able to work within a large team, performing high-level financial analysis that supports the department’s goals and objectives
  • The candidates should be able to provide a variety of senior financial services such as analysis, oversight, training, supervision, and advice on financial processes and procedures
