Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Financial Planning Designation (PFP®, QAFP™ or CFP®)
Experience: Candidates should have minimum 2 years’ experience in financial planning

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to cultivate strong partner relationships
  • The candidates should be digitally savvy, with the ability to effectively utilize mobile applications

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should hold a Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC)
  • The candidates should demonstrate proven networking and client acquisition skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide tailor-made financial planning advice and solutions using a wide range of investment and portfolio solutions, including best-in-class proprietary and select third-party mutual fund solutions
  • The candidates should be able to acquire and consolidate existing and new-to-RBC clients
  • The candidates should be able to connect clients with the appropriate RBC team members
  • The candidates should be able to develop external business referral sources through networking, marketing, and leveraging their centers of influence
