Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client focus
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques, and demonstrate professionalism in customer service
- The candidates should be able to load and unload goods, operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, and oversee the condition of the vehicle by inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
- The candidates should be able to perform brake adjustments, conduct emergency roadside repairs, carry out pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, perform preventive maintenance, receive and relay information to central dispatch, and ensure the safety and security of cargo by tarping
