A-Mart North Calgary based in Calgary, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Food service supervisor. A-Mart North Calgary is a well-known Korean retail store of Calgary. Our commitment is to provide customers the lowest price for the highest quality food everyday. We are importing variety products from Korea and Japan. We are introducing an online service recently. We hire foreign workers to fill labour or skill shortages on a temporary basis. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. This position of Food service supervisor is approved by LMIA.

Salary: $17.00 to $18.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules and also hire food service staff
- The candidate should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensure food service and quality control and also maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
