Salary: $18.00 hourly 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Urban area, Willing to relocate, Relocation costs covered by employer
Type of crops: Blueberries

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
• The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to work in outdoors, wet/damp, noisy, dusty, odours, hot and cold/refrigerated area

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be flexible and be able to work as a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to do brush collecting, budding trees, cleaning crop, fruit trees training, grading
• The candidates should be able to harvesting seedlings
• The candidates should be able to do mixing fertilizer
• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, stone and/or wood picking, and do weeding and tying
• The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
