Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Equipment and machinery experience: Electrical and electronic controls, Hydraulic system, Power tools, Power transmission system, Pumps and compressors, Tool grinders, and Hand tools
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be comfortable with dusty conditions
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
- The candidates should be able to repair or replace defective machinery parts
- The candidates should be able to estimate costs and materials
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work on machinery
- The candidates should be able to operate machining tools to fabricate parts
