Requirements:

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to register arriving guests promptly, assign rooms efficiently, and process group arrivals and departures accurately
- The candidates should be able to handle tasks related to taking, canceling, and changing room reservations effectively, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments efficiently
- The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services to guests, offer general information about points of interest in the area, and assist clients/guests with special needs compassionately
- The candidates should be able to investigate and resolve complaints and claims from guests professionally, process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments accurately
- The candidates should be able to follow emergency and safety procedures diligently to ensure guest safety, perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying as needed, and answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and courteously
- The candidates should provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
