Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required and be capable of standing for extended periods.
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure effectively

  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls
  • The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service
