Salary: $16.75 to $17.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 165 to 180 hours per month
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: Surrey, BC
Shifts: Flexible Hours, 06:00 to 14:00
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence, Travel expenses paid by employer, and Public transportation is available
Work setting: Urban area, and Employer’s home
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Filipino
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be a non-smoker
- The candidate should possess the ability to work independently when necessary and demonstrate attention to detail in all assigned duties
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs) as part of job responsibilities
- The candidate should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during work hours and be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as required by the job

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform various cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors thoroughly and efficiently
- The candidates should be able to dust furniture meticulously, ensuring cleanliness, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture effectively
- The candidates should be able to make beds, change sheets, and stock linen closets with clean and organized linens according to established standards
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances meticulously, as well as pick up debris and empty trash containers promptly and efficiently
- The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, ensuring cleanliness and proper care, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties efficiently and effectively
- The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies accurately, adhering to provided lists, and clean changing rooms and showers thoroughly, sanitizing them appropriately
- The candidates should be able to prepare and cook meals or specialty foods following provided recipes and guidelines
