Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate
Experience: Candidates should have 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and are comfortable earning 100% commission
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to their start date
- The candidates should have a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management
- The candidates should possess strong relationship-building skills and an ability to connect with all types of individuals
- The candidates should have experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, and shown success in high-value sales and business development, regardless of industry/discipline
- The candidates should have completed the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- The candidates should be proficient in consulting, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- The candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal relationship management and have the ability to foster positive interpersonal relationships
- The candidates should have expertise in investment banking and investment consulting
- The candidates should possess knowledge and experience in investment management, private banking, and product services
