Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of work experience: Design, quality assurance or control, and information technology (IT) service delivery
Area of specialization: Scrum, development of computer applications, development, business process management, cybersecurity, technical support, user experience design, testing, business methods analysis, and networks

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks, heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and be able to distinguish between colors
• The candidates should have sound discrimination skills, and be comfortable with sitting, as well as a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to collect and document users’ requirements, and coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems
• The candidates should be able to define system functionality, and develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify solutions
• The candidates should be able to develop process and network models to optimize architecture, and develop software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
• The candidates should be able to evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs, and evaluate user feedback
• The candidates should be able to execute full lifecycle software development, and plan every step of the integration of a computer-based system
• The candidates should be able to prepare a plan to maintain software, and research technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems
• The candidates should be able to synthesize technical information for every phase of the cycle of a computer-based system, and upgrade and maintain software
• The candidates should be able to lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems
• The candidates should be able to work with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), and perform usability testing
• The candidates should be able to operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• The candidates should be able to conduct tests and perform security and quality controls, and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
• The candidates should be able to write, modify, integrate, and test software code, and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions
• The candidates should be able to prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software, and assist in the collection and documentation of users’ requirements
• The candidates should be able to assist in the development of logical and physical specifications, and research and evaluate a variety of software products
• The candidates should be able to program special effects software for film and video applications, and research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products
• The candidates should be able to maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, and prepare mock-ups and storyboards
• The candidates should be able to consult with clients to develop and document website requirements, and lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity
• The candidates should be able to source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website, and create and optimize content for websites using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software
• The candidates should be able to write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other internet applications, and program animation software to predefined specifications for interactive CDs, DVDs, video game cartridges, and internet-based applications
• The candidates should be able to manage incidents, and write, modify, and test website-related code
• The candidates should be able to develop website architecture, and determine hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance
• The candidates should be able to design and integrate website-related code
