Work setting: Employer’s home, optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Medical exam
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of handling physically demanding tasks and be prepared for repetitive tasks, while also demonstrating attention to detail effectively

- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and hygienic environment for them
- The candidates should be able to bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, adhering to their individual needs and preferences, and instruct them in personal hygiene practices and social development to foster independence and responsibility
- The candidates should be able to keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children for reference and communication with parents or guardians, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home by identifying and addressing potential hazards
- The candidates should be able to organize activities such as games and outings for children to promote their physical, cognitive, and social development, and prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet their dietary requirements and preferences
- The candidates should be able to supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and engaging them in meaningful activities, transport them to and from school and appointments safely and punctually, and tend to their emotional well-being by providing support, comfort, and guidance as needed
