Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
Experience: Candidates should have 2+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- The candidates should have 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- The candidates should have experience programming with at least one software programming language
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to lead projects involving multiple teams in all aspects of the SDLC using an agile process
- The candidates should be able to, as the systems need to be built from the ground up, seize an opportunity to make a long-lasting impact
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong background in Algorithms, Data Structures, Java, and NoSQL
- The candidates should be able to possess the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in written and oral form, and work effectively in a team
- The candidates should be able to quickly adapt to new development environments and learn new systems
- The candidates should be able to create reliable and maintainable code and find creative and scalable solutions to difficult problems
- The candidates should be able to bring experience working with high-traffic, scalable services, which is a plus
