Salary: $25.00 hourly for 32 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Brampton, ON
Shifts: 09:00 to 17:00

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of work experience: Contracts, Correspondence, Real estate, Reports, and Records
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Office, MS Windows, Unity3D

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and adept at meeting tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate in their work and demonstrate dependability, possessing efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication abilities
  • The candidates should have a strong client focus and exhibit excellent written communication skills, being well-organized and reliable team players
  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask effectively

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain a filing system, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to train and supervise staff, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, as well as review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
