Work Setting: Food processing plant
Work Site Environment: Candidates have to work in wet or damp and noisy area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language. No linguistic content and Not applicable
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset.
Type of Operations: Packaging
Transportation/Travel Information: Candidates cannot avail public transport
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks
- The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidate should be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidate should be able for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidate should be physically strong
- The candidate should be able to manually dexter
- The candidate should be able to pay attention to details
- The candidate should have hand-eye co-ordination

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
- The candidate should be able to operate forklift
- The candidate should be able to operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products
- The candidate should be able to make adjustments to process variables
- The candidate should be able to check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards
- The candidate should be able to inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
- The candidate should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
