Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be capable of working independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative in completing tasks without constant supervision, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing circumstances
• The candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency, excel in meeting tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely completion, and possess manual dexterity, enabling them to handle various tools and equipment with precision
• The candidates should have a strong attention to detail, consistently maintaining quality and accuracy in their work, be able to stand for extended periods, maintaining productivity and focus throughout their shifts, and handle a large workload, managing tasks efficiently to meet project requirements

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean the crops thoroughly, hand harvest vegetables with care and attention, and mix fertilizer accurately
• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops proficiently, weed the crops meticulously, and fertilize and spray crops appropriately
• The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables efficiently, harvest crops skillfully, and load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry safely
• The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry accurately
