Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Full time enrollment
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Forms and records, Statistics, Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams, Correspondence
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Electronic mail
Security and safety: Vulnerable sector check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining focus and productivity during demanding situations, and demonstrate the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency, ensuring quality standards are met
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their work duties, and exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and thoroughness in all aspects of their work

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and send and receive messages
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, prepare invoices and bank deposits, and provide general information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should be able to photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, file material in the storage area, and label files according to retention and disposal schedules
  • The candidates should be able to label, file, and retrieve documents
