Location: Surrey, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Overtime, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to various circumstances and requirements

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation, and coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
