Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Morning
Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong client focus, ensuring satisfaction and meeting client needs

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests and assign rooms, process group arrivals and departures, and take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services, offer general information about points of interest in the area, and process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
  • The candidates should be able to maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, perform clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, and answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs and provide customer service
