Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial or Organizational Psychology
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience as a Data Scientist with significant exposure to human capital data
  • The candidates should have experience in statistical analysis and modeling techniques, such as regression analysis, machine learning, and data mining
  • The candidates should have experience in data visualization and reporting tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau, to create interactive and insightful dashboards
  • The candidates should have experience working with and analyzing large and complex datasets, both structured and unstructured, and leveraging those datasets for training, evaluating, and deploying Machine Learning or Deep Learning, NLP or Time Series models
  • The candidates should have experience with HR systems and technologies and experience with machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to leverage data science tools and methodologies to conduct quantitative and qualitative research, identifying opportunities across the employee life cycle talent sourcing, workforce planning, learning and development, employee experience, engagement, and retention
  • The candidates should be able to develop predictive models to forecast complex People and Culture issues, such as turnover and staffing, and generate hypotheses regarding trends and drivers of employee behavior and performance
  • The candidates should be able to execute statistical tests to support or disprove hypotheses, ensuring reliability, explainability, and adherence to ethical standards
  • The candidates should be able to create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner
  • The candidates should be able to drive data literacy and advocate for data-driven decision-making across the People and Culture organization
  • The candidates should be able to stay current with advancements in data science, technology, AI/ML, and people analytics
  • The candidates should be able to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness in all analyses and reports, working with IT and other stakeholders to ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of People and Culture data and analytics
