Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Languages.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate needs 7+ years of combined experience in animation, rigging and programming and also have exceptional ability to manage projects, think ahead and plan for results
  • The candidate should have an excellent knowledge of the Unreal engine and 3D software and also have an excellent oral and written communication and relationship management skills
  • The candidate having the knowledge of animation principles and being passion for online multiplayer games is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be responsible for the animation tools, pipelines and technologies that enable the animation team to bring iconic characters to life and deliver players a unique gaming experience
  • The candidate should be able to contribute to the foundation of a new video game studio on a human scale, participate in the creation of a new intellectual property revisiting the multiplayer online battle arena (yes, a MOBA) and collaborate with a team of versatile experts who have fun working together
  • The candidate should be able to set up and maintain an animation pipeline that achieves high quality results and maximizes productivity and also create or modify specific tools and scripts to improve the effectiveness of facilitators
  • The candidate should be able to prototype and implement procedural animation systems such as cloth, physics and IK and also ensure that animation systems support game functionality, character customization and props
  • The candidate should be able to support and improve the animation pipeline from Maya to the game engine and also increase team skills through mentoring on technical topics
  • The candidate should be able to implement and maintain an animation pipeline that produces high quality results and maximizes productivity and also work with animators and developers to create and improve animation systems in the game engine
