Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and answer their questions regarding menu items and preparation methods
- The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs and attend to seating arrangements for large groups
- The candidates should be able to greet customers, perform opening and closing activities, receive customers’ reservations and assign tables, receive payments from customers, respond to complaints of guests, and attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items
