Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, and Morning
Work setting: Urban area, Remote location, Various locations, and Rural area

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles, Gloves, Uniform, Cellular phone, Ear plugs, and Safety vest

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be willing to work outdoors, be comfortable working at heights, and be capable of working in confined spaces
  • The candidates should be able to work effectively in noisy environments, be aware of and able to handle potentially dangerous situations, and be prepared to work in dusty conditions
  • The candidates should be able to tolerate hot temperatures
  • The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks, able to handle heavy loads, and capable of weight handling, with the ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) with care and precision

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on meeting client needs and exhibit dependability in fulfilling their responsibilities
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral communication abilities
  • The candidates should display flexibility in adapting to various situations, be reliable in meeting commitments, and be effective team players, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and help the medical examiner in charge
  • The candidates should be able to operate bridge or overhead cranes to lift, move, and place plant machinery and materials, assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, and assist in demolishing buildings
  • The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, perform routine maintenance work, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and direct traffic at or near construction sites
