Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in accounting
Physical Requirements:

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a CPA designation; this is preferred but not mandatory and preference given to those with manufacturing or cost accounting experience
- The candidates should have experience supervising accounting functions and team members
- The candidates should demonstrate advanced Excel proficiency, including working with complex formulas and VBA
- The candidates should possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

- The candidates should have experience in the administration and maintenance of accounting systems and processes

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform month-end duties, including monthly revenue recognition (percentage-of-completion), Balance Sheet reconciliations, and other month-end journal entries
- The candidates should be able to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Profit and Loss reporting and provide accounting expertise on the forecasting process
- The candidates should be able to work closely with the corporate finance team to support Financial Reporting Requirements
- The candidates should be able to provide monthly forecast updates on revenue, gross profit, percent complete, WIP, cost accruals, and AR metrics for the project portfolio
- The candidates should be able to ensure documents and practices surrounding material integrity and inventory or asset management are in place and effective
- The candidates should be able to manage project financials, ensuring the project portfolio is thoroughly evaluated and financial issues are actioned and escalated
- The candidates should be able to oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- The candidates should be able to review cost and billing reports to ensure proper management of cost codes, contract items, charge-out rates, and markups
- The candidates should be able to coordinate billing and payment schedules, ensuring timeliness while maximizing cash flow
- The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with applicable sales taxes and assist in the preparation of annual income tax packages
- The candidates should be able to work closely with local office team members, AGI team members, and external auditors or accountants and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives
